Regardless of whether we are online or not, please write in the chat on the site or in Telegram (do not message in multiple places simultaneously).
2.Refunds (money-back) are only possible if it is not possible to replace the product with a similar one. If it comes to a refund, and the service fee for the transaction exceeds 1%, the commission will be taken into account during the transfer. For example, Qiwi charges 3% for transfers to foreign wallets.
3.When contacting support for a replacement, the store has the right to request a video of the purchase (for ANY product) since it's not always possible to determine the issue solely based on the product, for example, with coupons. The video recording is optional, but it's a 100% guarantee for a replacement in case of invalid products.
3.1. When recording a video of an account purchase, you must capture the payment process, the issuance of the product from the store, and then the subsequent attempt to log in. Copy data only via right-click; videos where data was copied using Ctrl+C are not accepted.
P.S. For the particularly smart: do not record the video after the purchase. You need to capture the payment and account login in that sequence.
4.For an unwise purchase, the BUYER bears full responsibility. Refunds or product replacements with additional criteria are IMPOSSIBLE! It's better to clarify all issues with STORE SUPPORT before making a purchase.
5.The product warranty covers the ability to log in using the username and password provided. If the purchased product contains the data specified in point 5.1, their use is MANDATORY!
5.1. User Agent/Cookies/Fingerprint/Proxy/Token/API/Format of a specific program, etc.
5.1.1. If the accounts do not work with your software/browser extension, etc., this is not a reason for a refund/replacement.
6.By purchasing a product, the Buyer consciously acknowledges that they know how to work with it. The store is not the supplier of these products, and the store staff does not provide training or consultation on how to use the product, so we CANNOT teach or fully assist the Buyer in using the product.
7.If an account can be accessed through a computer, and it works, but access is restricted or impossible on another device/browser/software, this is NOT a reason for a refund/replacement, unless the product is intended exclusively for a specific device.
8.Warranty on the product:
8.1. The standard warranty is 30 minutes.
8.2. For VK, the warranty is 10 minutes.
8.3. An INDIVIDUAL warranty for the product is stated in the product description; if this information is missing, the warranty is the STANDARD one (see point 8.1).
8.4. The warranty on the product is valid as long as the supplier cooperates with the store; if they no longer cooperate, the warranty becomes invalid.
9.After purchasing a product, change the login details (username/password/email, etc.) to avoid unauthorized access by third parties, EXCEPT for point 9.1.
9.1. It is FORBIDDEN to change details for accounts with REAL origins, such as VPN/streaming services, etc.
9.2. The store is NOT responsible for the product if details are changed over time (see point 9).
10.When purchasing any product, use/test it IMMEDIATELY; otherwise, you lose the warranty for a refund/replacement later.
11.If the Buyer makes changes to the purchased product and then requests a refund/replacement, the Buyer may be denied due to the modified data in the account.
12.After receiving the product, the BUYER agrees to keep the product, with the possibility of future use. The store is NOT a storage service for purchased products.
12.1. If the store issues a product replacement, the Buyer MUST keep this account. The store does NOT store purchased products.
13.The Buyer agrees not to create unnecessary spam/misinformation about the store. Otherwise, the store reserves the right to REFUSE service at the time of the inquiry and in the future WITHOUT any compensation.
14.The store does NOT reimburse the Buyer for funds/additional services/accounts, etc., spent on purchasing additional services to use the product.
15.The product warranty starts from the moment of receipt. If the Buyer was unfamiliar with how to use the product at the time of purchase, this does not extend the warranty period (see point 6).
16.The Buyer agrees to provide as much information as possible in case of any issues with the purchased product.
17.It is forbidden to leave a message WITHOUT order details right after the purchase and then send the order number/list of invalids after the warranty has expired.
18.The Buyer will NOT be eligible for a replacement/refund for accounts that have already been used and later request a replacement/refund.
19.The Buyer is forbidden to use accounts for which a refund was made or a replacement was issued.
20.Regardless of whether the store's support is online or not, an inquiry regarding an order must be made immediately upon discovering the problem. Otherwise, you lose the warranty for the order.
21.Using a PROXY under the GEO location of the account is mandatory when working with the product. Otherwise, the store has the right to refuse the inquiry and further deny a refund/replacement.
22.Payments made manually cannot be refunded to details different from those used at the time of payment. The decision regarding such a payment is made by the service administration, up to and including a refusal to credit the funds.
22.1. Payments made with the help of other people, various bots/services, or similar means to make the payment are not an exception to point 22. The Buyer bears full responsibility for such payments, and the funds may NOT be credited or refunded to the Buyer.
23.Withdrawal of funds from the Personal Account balance is not possible.
24.Refunds to wallets/cards are available if the minimum payment system limit is reached.
